Terms of Service
Last updated 12 July 2026
1. Overview
Stackflow Digital (“we”, “us”) is an AI consulting and implementation agency. These terms govern the use of our software and services, including internal tools we operate to schedule and publish our own content across connected platforms. By using our software or services you agree to these terms.
2. Permitted use
Our content-operations software is used by Stackflow Digital and its authorized operators to draft, schedule, and publish content to social media accounts that we own or are authorized to manage. It is not offered as a public, self-serve product.
3. Third-party platforms
Our software connects to third-party platforms — including TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, and Threads — through their official APIs. Your use of those platforms remains subject to each platform’s own terms of service and policies.
4. Content responsibility
We are responsible for the content we publish through our software and will not use it to publish content that violates the policies of any connected platform or applicable law.
5. Availability & changes
Our software and services are provided on an “as is” basis. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of them at any time. We may also update these terms; continued use after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
