Privacy Policy

Last updated 12 July 2026

1. Scope

This policy explains how Stackflow Digital’s content-operations software handles data. The software is used only by Stackflow Digital to manage social media accounts that we own or are authorized to manage.

2. Data we access

When we connect a social media account (TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, or Threads), the software stores the access and refresh tokens issued by that platform, together with basic profile information — such as the account name, username, and profile picture — needed to display the connected account and publish on its behalf.

3. How we use it

Tokens and profile data are used exclusively to publish and schedule the content we create within the software to the connected accounts. We do not sell this data, and we do not share it with third parties except the destination platform’s own API in order to publish content.

4. Storage & retention

Data is stored on our own private server infrastructure and retained only while an account remains connected. Disconnecting an account, or revoking access from the platform’s own settings, removes our ability to access it; the associated tokens are deleted.

5. Data deletion

We can disconnect any account at any time from within the software or from the connected platform’s app settings. To request deletion of any stored data, contact leo@stackflowdigital.com.
